It’s going to be a while before we pick up any CMS cloud offering from the likes of Oracle. Acquia have recently launched Drupal Gardens which is a cloud based function which looks very promising. There are a host of reasons why we are not moving onto the cloud more quickly, the principal reason is organizational change where budgets and contracts are accomplished and awarded years for 3, 4 even 5 years. Come replenishment time some nodes are requiring CMS in the cloud but then have to interpret other subjects such as consolidation with CRM & other back office systems. I imagine it will happen eventually.

=D I'm glad you like it. Mike helped me get this one started. He wrote a line of dialog, then I did, then he did...all the way up to the point where Charlie says "Those NASA guys hate to wait." Up till that point, I'd been envisioning a girl in the 1800's waiting in the wings of some spectacular production, but he sure booted that idea...I really like the idea of doing a Sci-Fi/Lawyer drama. Right now I'm calling it short fiction, but once I finish re-writing my novel I might actually turn this into something bigger if it calls me...

Hey I'm all about taking time to write things. The process of perfecting (even within reasonable expectations of your work) is time- and soul-consuming. I'm excited about seeing what else you'll post! =D
